Currently, we are offering the following sponsorship levels and benefits. Note that levels and benefits are subject to change.

Silver Level $250-$499	Listed in a "List of Sponsors" on the Awards Website One free advertisement (or announcement of an upcoming event) in our email newsletter Listed in a "List of Sponsors" video shown during the Ceremonies Listed in a "List of Sponsors" in the ceremonies programme guide One 1/4 page black and white ad in the Polaris programme guide One "Terra" level membership granting access to the Polaris science fiction convention (our host event) for the entire weekend.
Gold Level $500-$999	A banner-sized advertisement/link on the front page of the Awards Website for a minimum of 4 weeks. One free advertisement (or announcement of an upcoming event) in our email newsletter Listed in a "List of Sponsors" video shown during the Ceremonies as well as additional verbal acknowledgement during the ceremonies Listed in a "List of Sponsors" in the ceremonies programme guide One 1/2 page black and white ad in the Polaris programme guide Two "Terra" level memberships granting access to the Polaris science fiction convention (our host event) for the entire weekend.
Platinum Level $1,000 or more	A banner-sized advertisement/link on the front page of the Awards Website for a minimum of 4 weeks One free advertisement (or announcement of an upcoming event) in our email newsletter Listed in a "List of Sponsors" video shown during the Ceremonies as well as a full 30 second Commercial promoting the sponsor shown during the Ceremonies Listed in a "List of Sponsors" in the ceremonies programme guide One full page black and white ad in the Polaris programme guide Two Mercury level memberships, granting access to the Polaris science fiction convention (our host event) for the entire weekend PLUS the exclusive Friday Night Blastoff Party social event. Mention (text or logo) in all promotional materials (ads, flyers etc...) connected to the awards
Maple Leaf Level $5,000 or more (Exclusive to a single sponsor)	This special level of sponsorship is tied to our "Outstanding Canadian Contribution" category and is reserved for a single sponsor every year. Benefits include all benefits of the Platinum Sponsorship Level plus: Mention of the Sponsor's name in all promotional references to the "Outstanding Canadian Contribution" category for the year. VIP seating for two during the Constellation Awards ceremonies. Special acknowledgement on stage during the ceremonies by the Awards Committee Chairman Special acknowledgement on the trophy for the "Outstanding Canadian Contribution" category. Opportunity to participate in the awarding of the trophy to the winner of the "Outstanding Canadian Contribution", if they are present, and to give the winner a free sample of the sponsor's product (if applicable) Private photo opportunity with the winner of the "Outstanding Canadian Contribution" category, if they are present. A special trophy thanking the Category 9 sponsor, denoting them as "Maple Leaf Level Sponsor Of The Year".

Promotional Partnerships

If you or your organization does not have a budget to sponsor our event but would still like to support us, we now offer an alternative: Promotional Partnerships. If you can help spread the word about our awards via advertisements, logo placements, distribution of our nomination and voting ballots, or any other means, we will promote you or your organization in return!

Promotional Partnerships are available at various levels, similar to sponsorships. For example, if you provide us with free promotion of $1,000 value or greater, you will be referred to as being a “Platinum Promotional Partner” and will receive all the promotional benefits of a Platinum Level Sponsor. We are extremely flexible as to what promotion we can offer, and are willing to tailor your benefits to fit the level of promotion that you can offer us.
