On Sale Now: Limited Edition Constellation Awards Logo Patch

Wear your support for the Constellation Awards with pride!

The Limited Edition Constellation Awards Logo Patch is now available for sale! For just $5, you can get this exclusive crest patch, consisting of a specially modified version of our logo. Sew this to a cap, a jacket, a sash, or blanket - or just add it to your collection of patches!

There will only be 250 of these Logo Patches available for sale. After that, you will NOT be able to purchase this patch anywhere. So order yours today!

There are three ways you can purchase your Constellation Awards Logo Patches:

• Use one of the order forms below to advance order your Constellation Awards Logo Patches for pickup at Polaris 26! These will be available for pickup all weekend at the Polaris 26 Convention Sales table. (Note: If you select this option but forget to pick up your patches, your order will be cancelled and your payment will NOT be refunded.)
• Or you can use the same order forms to order your Constellation Awards Patches to be sent to you via Postal Mail. A shipping/Handling fee of $1 will be added to the cost of each patch that you want sent to you by mail.
• The Constellation Awards Logo Patches will also be available for sale at the Polaris 26 Conventions Sales table all weekend (while supplies last).
