The 2014 Constellation Awards Banquet and Ceremony will take place on the evening of Saturday, July 5th, 2014, at the Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport, as part of the Polar Chill 2 Mini-Convention. Doors open for the banquet at 5:30pm with the Red Carpet starting at 7:30pm and the ceremony starting at 8:30pm.

The evening will begin with The Banquet, where you and your friends can enjoy a fine meal - with some of our guest host(s) and presenters (and possibly some of our nominees!) joining in at some of the tables to meet you! The banquet will be followed by a Red Carpet and then the live ceremony itself.

After that date, the hotel will do its best to honour our rates but there is no guarantee there will be any rooms of any kind available at our rates.

The Banquet

The banquet menu includes a choice between meat and vegetarian options. These must be selected at the time of registration. The meat selection is a Delicately Seared Breast of Chicken Laced with Blush Wine Sauce Accompanied with Fresh Seasonally Selected Market Vegetables and Roasted Mini Red New Potatoes. The vegetarian option is Agnolotti Pasta stuffed with a perfect combination of Kale, Quinoa, Wilted Arugala and Cranberry, finished with a Light Rose Sauce. All meals include Freshly Baked Rolls and Butter, Freshly Brewed Regular and Decaffeinated Coffee, and a Selection of Herbal and Regular Teas. These options are subject to change.

Attending presenters, hosts, and nominees will be randomly assigned to the tables at the banquet, and we do cannot guarantee that all tables will have somebody assigned to them or that a you will be seated with a specific guest. All appearances are subject to professional commitments. Please note that those register to attend the banquet will also be given priority seating for the ceremony.

THE FINE PRINT: Registration to attend The Constellation Awards Banquet & Ceremony is by means of a purchase of a membership to the TCON Promotional Society, a not-for-profit social club. All prices subject to change. The TCON Promotional Society does not provide refunds. If for some reason you are no longer able to use your Membership, we will transfer your Membership standing to the next year's event (maximum of one year carry over) OR you can transfer your Membership to another person for the current or following year. You must notify us, in writing, by June 14th, 2014.
